Having recently married into the Waugh family, I was blessed to attend Rose's and Charlie's recent anniversary celebration. I was truly in awe to see so many family members and friends gathered at the joyous event. The love for Rose and Charlie was so genuine and heartfelt by all in attendance. Rose was so gracious and kind. She took the time to express to me how happy she was that I was part of her family now. My deepest condolences to Charlie and the entire family for your profound loss.
